Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern bookings with Wild Walkers Africa Adventures.

Booking and payment

All prices shown are "from" prices per person in USD and may change with seasons, group size and park fees. We always confirm your exact price in writing before you commit.
A deposit confirms your date — we send M-Pesa or bank transfer details after your enquiry. The balance is paid on the day of the tour.
Park and reserve entry fees are set by KWS and county authorities and are subject to change; your confirmation states exactly what is included.

Up to 48 hours before departure: full refund or free date change.
Under 48 hours: deposit is retained; the rest is refunded.
Weather and closures: some trips (marine days, Marafa) depend on tide and weather. If we cancel for safety, you choose a new date or a full refund.

Outdoor activities carry inherent risk. Guests follow guide instructions at all times, especially around wildlife and water.
For multi-day safaris we require guests to hold their own travel insurance.
Entry rules for Kenya (visas, health certificates) vary by nationality — please check official government sources before travel; we do not give visa advice.
We describe wildlife and community visits responsibly. Guests may not approach, feed or disturb wildlife, and we ask before photographing people.
