The day, step by step

Day 1Arrive and settle

Pick-up from Mombasa airport or your coast hotel, transfer to Watamu. Sunset walk on the beach, trip briefing over dinner.

Day 2Forest and creek

Morning walk in Arabuko Sokoke, rest at midday, afternoon dhow sail on Mida Creek with a seafood dinner.

Day 3Into Tsavo East

Early drive to Tsavo East, afternoon game drive, overnight inside the park.

Day 4Tsavo West

Cross to Tsavo West — Mzima Springs, lava flows, sundowner over the plains. Second safari night.

Day 5Last drive and return

Morning game drive, then return to the coast or onward to Nairobi by arrangement.
